Our portable sleepouts for rent are the perfect solution. Our high quality sleepouts are open plan, giving you the flexibility to set them up as you want. These versatile extra rooms can easily fit a queen-sized bed with bedside cabinets and drawers.
Our rental sleepouts are available right across the lower North Island, from Whanganui to the Wairarapa including Wellington and the Hutt Valley.
Not your traditional sleepout
Our rental sleepouts aren’t the cold, draughty, built-on-the-cheap garden sheds that many people remember.
Our sleepouts are well built, finished to a very high standard. With ceiling, floor and external wall insulation, and double-glazed doors and windows, they are cool in summer, easy to heat in winter and comfortable and pleasant to use all year round.
Rental sleepout options
We do three different sleepouts for rent, so you can choose one to perfectly meet your needs. The smaller rentable sleepout is one open-plan room that can be set up however you want it. The larger sleepout is available either as one room, or two rooms with an internal divider wall and door.

Where can you use a sleepout for rent?
Sleepout hire is a great option for extra space that can work for many households and situations.
All you need is a space suitable for a sleepout, and somewhere to plug it in to a standard household power point. Our cabins come with a 15m long extension cable.
Suitable sites just need to be level, well drained and capable of supporting the weight of the building. If you aren’t sure, give us a call, we are happy to provide more advice, and can check your site remotely for suitability and access.
Sleepout delivery
Once we have made sure that we can get a truck onto your site, we can quote to transport your sleepout to where you need it and drop it in position. Then you just need to move in.
Once you don’t need the sleepout anymore, we do the process in reverse. A truck comes to your place, picks up your hire sleepout and takes it away.
