Our buildings are solidly constructed, fully insulated, including double glazing, and finished to a high standard internally.

Rentable Spaces offers cabins that are fully self-contained, with space to sleep, an area to relax and dine, a full-sized bathroom, and a kitchenette.
We do two different sizes of self-contained rental cabins, which lets you choose a size that suits how many people are going to be living in it, and how long they are going to use it.
Sleepouts to rent
Our Rentable Spaces rental sleepouts are perfect for when you just need some extra sleeping and relaxing space to add to the capacity of your house.
We hire out two different single room sleepouts, depending on how much space you need, and one sleepout that is split into two smaller rooms with an internal access door between them.
Comfortable modern rental cabins and sleepouts
All our Cabins and Sleepouts have fully insulated external walls, ceilings and floor, and double glazing. Their modern construction means you don't get any draughts blowing through walls or windows either.
This ensures year-round comfort and makes them easy to heat in winter.

This unit is an open plan lunchroom. Weekly hire costs are dependent on the length of the lease term:
- 12-24 months hire: $125 per week inc GST
- 6-12 months hire: $135 per week inc GST
- up to 6 months hire: $145 per week inc GST

M & F TOILET BLOCK 3M X 3M
This unit is a Male and Female ablution block. Weekly hire costs are dependent on the length of the lease term:
- 12-24 months hire: $248 per week inc GST
- 6-12 months hire: $258 per week inc GST
- up to 6 months hire: $265 per week inc GST
BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS:
6m x 3m, fully insulated, LED lights, vinyl throughout, double glazed aluminium joinery, 1 x female pan with hand basin, 3 x male pan and 2 x urinal with hand basin, cold water only.
How our Rentable Spaces work
We deliver your sleepout or cabin to you and place it in the location you want. When you no longer need your extra space, we come and take it away.
You are responsible for preparing the area where the sleepout or cabin is going to be located. All our buildings have timber or steel bearers as part of the subfloor. On flat sections treated timber blocks can be used to keep them off the ground, and the can be held down with Duckbill Anchors.
On sloping sections you may need to get piles installed to sit the building on.
You are also responsible for connecting your rental cabin or sleepout to any services, water, sewage, gas, electricity etc.
The Rentable Spaces sleepouts and cabins that we hire out are powered by a 10-amp external caravan plug. We provide you with a 15m long caravan extension lead which you can plug in to a standard household power point.
Bond required is 4 weeks rent.
Rentable Spaces cabins and sleepouts are available through the Lower North Island, from Whanganui to the Wairarapa, including Wellington and the Hutt Valley. Delivery rates are dependent on the type of equipment required and the access to site.
